Accounts Payables Technician – Argentina

About the role

The Accounts Payables Technician will manage invoice processing and payment issuance for site‑related projects. You will support month‑end and project‑close activities while contributing to continuous process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Verify, code, and enter vendor/site invoices, credit‑card transactions and expense reports.
• Process weekly payments via checks or electronic transfers and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate vendor files, historical records, and supporting documentation.
• Perform month‑end tasks including CTMS invoice handling, reverse charges, and accruals.
• Assist with month‑end closing, aging reports, and reconciliation of vendor statements.
• Send payment notices to sites and participate in process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma in accounting or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar accounts‑payable role.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
