Accounting Manager (Multi‑Client)

About the role

We are seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the accounting function for multiple client companies within Curvion Blue’s RevOps environment. The role combines hands‑on accounting work with team leadership, ensuring accurate financial reporting across diverse businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day accounting activities for several assigned clients.
• Review and approve work performed by Staff Accountants and Bookkeepers.
• Manage month‑end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.
• Maintain accounting controls and identify potential issues before they escalate.
• Collaborate closely with Controllers and senior leadership to provide reliable financial information.
• Coach and develop accounting staff, fostering continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing accounting for multiple companies simultaneously, preferably in a fractional, outsourced, public accounting, or CAS environment.
• Strong full‑cycle accounting knowledge with a solid understanding of GAAP‑based accrual accounting.
• Demonstrated ability to juggle competing deadlines across different businesses without constant supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
