Accounting Analyst

About the role

Vive Health is seeking an experienced Accounting Analyst to turn complex financial transactions and large data sets into clear, actionable intelligence. You will bridge traditional accounting workflows with strategic management reporting, ensuring executives have accurate, data‑driven insights for decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packages highlighting KPIs and operational trends.
• Conduct deep‑dive variance analyses against historical baselines, forecast models, and corporate budgets.
• Translate accounting anomalies and financial metrics into executive‑ready dashboards and narrative briefs.
• Execute month‑end and year‑end close tasks, including complex accruals, journal entry reviews, and general ledger validation.
• Implement reporting workflow automation to eliminate bottlenecks and accelerate data compilation.
• Ensure departmental compliance with internal controls and SOX framework requirements.

Required profile

• Highly analytical and detail‑oriented with a strong background in financial accounting and data governance.
• Proactive mindset, comfortable working in cross‑functional teams and optimizing ERP performance.
• Ability to translate technical accounting metrics into clear executive narratives.
• Commitment to financial integrity and regulatory compliance.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (complex lookups, pivot tables, data arrays, Power Query).
• Experience with Tier‑1 ERP systems such as Odoo or Oracle.
• Strong data analysis and reporting automation capabilities.
