Accountant – Hospitality Clients

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accountant to support the financial reporting, account reconciliations and month‑end close for our portfolio of hospitality clients. You will work in a fast‑paced, multi‑client environment, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial information.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily accounting tasks, prepare journal entries and support month‑end close to meet client deadlines.
• Maintain balance‑sheet integrity by cleaning up and resolving reconciling items across multiple properties.
• Master client‑specific hospitality platforms, ERP tools and reporting structures for independent execution.
• Deliver consistent, accurate service in line with standardized processes and stakeholder expectations.

Required profile

• 1–3+ years of professional accounting experience, preferably in hospitality, property management or outsourced accounting.
• Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles, journal entries, account reconciliations and month‑end close cycles.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to work independently while communicating clearly with teams and clients.

Required skills

• Experience with or ability to quickly learn Ottimate, Acumatica and ProfitSword.
• Familiarity with hospitality systems such as Opera and point‑of‑sale platforms.
• Proficiency in standard accounting software and financial reporting tools.
