Account Quality Manager – Language Services

About the role

As an Account Quality Manager you will be the linguistic authority for strategic accounts, ensuring high‑quality delivery across all languages and workflows. You will work closely with Program Managers, Language Leads and global teams to embed consistent quality standards and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary linguistic contact for clients, handling quality issues, updates and feedback, and representing Acclaro in QBRs.
• Define, implement and centralise linguistic quality processes and standards across accounts.
• Monitor quality metrics, analyse trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Language Leads to create and maintain reference materials such as style guides, glossaries and instructions.
• Perform source‑text analysis in line with ISO 17100 requirements and ensure linguistic readiness.
• Design and manage linguistic workflows, including query resolution, QA frameworks and escalation paths.
• Partner with Talent Finders to select appropriate linguists and suppliers for each project.
• Train and support Language Leads, clarifying roles, expectations and best practices.
• Oversee quality assurance checks and manage terminology assets across offline and WordsOnline environments.
• Support onboarding and transition of accounts from offline to WordsOnline, ensuring continuity and quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in linguistic quality management or localisation project coordination.
• Strong understanding of ISO 17100 standards and localisation workflows.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, internal teams and external suppliers.
• Ability to analyse data, identify trends and implement improvement actions.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering consistent, high‑quality results.

Required skills

• Experience designing and optimising linguistic workflows.
• Understanding of localisation platforms (e.g., WordsOnline) and ISO 17100 compliance.
