Account Manager – Talent Search & Development

About the role

The Talent Search & Development Manager connects luxury hospitality properties with top‑tier talent, coaching candidates and guiding them toward successful placements. Acting as the primary liaison between prestigious hotels, restaurants and Placement International, you will assess hiring needs, match candidates and prepare them through mock interviews.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key accounts and strategic partners in the luxury hospitality market.
• Conduct property calls to understand hiring needs and corporate cultures of 5‑star hotels and Michelin‑starred resorts.
• Manage a robust talent pool, matching candidates to suitable opportunities.
• Coach and mentor candidates, including conducting mock interviews to enhance their readiness.
• Coordinate recruitment events and collaborations with global offices.
• Provide strategic guidance to both candidates and partner properties to foster long‑term connections.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–4 years experience in 4‑5 star hotel operations; managerial experience in luxury hotels or recruitment is preferred.
• Strong leadership ability to manage large talent pools and guide teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates, partners and internal teams.
• Effective time‑management, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Sales‑oriented mindset with a passion for hospitality and service excellence.
