Account Manager (Remote)

About the role

VectorBuilder is seeking a remote Account Manager based in Argentina to grow and manage existing customer accounts across academia, pharma, and biotech in the US region. The role focuses on building long‑lasting relationships and driving sales of gene‑delivery solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Increase sales within the designated US territory.
• Serve as primary contact for existing customers, answering queries on features, pricing, and services.
• Promote VectorBuilder offerings through email, phone, video calls, webinars, and virtual product shows.
• Cultivate strong, long‑lasting client relationships.
• Collaborate with sales representatives from other territories to share best practices.
• Provide high‑level technical support by working closely with internal departments.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Other duties as needed.

Required profile

• Degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics or related field (Ph.D. highly preferred).
• High self‑motivation, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• DNA cloning techniques.
• Virus packaging methods.
• HubSpot (experience preferred).
