Account Manager – Remote (Argentina)

About the role

VectorBuilder is seeking a remote Account Manager based in Argentina to grow existing customer accounts and build long‑lasting relationships with academia, pharma, and biotech clients across the US region. You will act as the primary point of contact, promoting our advanced gene‑delivery solutions and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Increase sales within the designated US territory.
• Serve as the main contact for existing customers, handling inquiries via email, phone, video calls, webinars, and virtual conferences.
• Answer questions about product features, pricing, and additional services.
• Cultivate strong, long‑lasting client relationships.
• Collaborate with sales representatives from other territories to share best practices.
• Demonstrate deep product and service knowledge.
• Work closely with internal teams to provide high‑level technical support.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Required profile

• Degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or related field (Ph.D. highly preferred).
• High self‑motivation and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail.
