About the role
The client of Wripple is seeking a remote Account Manager based in Argentina to act as the day‑to‑day bridge between internal business partners and the internal agency team. You will own the delivery of creative projects, ensuring they meet quality, timeline and budget expectations while fostering trusted relationships with stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Tier 2 medium‑to‑high complexity creative campaigns from brief to completion.
- Translate client communications into clear agency briefs and support Business Leads on higher‑complexity briefs.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, creatives and production partners to maintain realistic timelines and smooth workflows.
- Monitor project scope, budget and risks, escalating issues early and proposing solutions.
- Maintain day‑to‑day relationships with assigned business partners, acting as a responsive point of contact.
- Provide regular data‑driven updates on progress, performance and trends.
- Ensure accurate project setup, tracking and reporting in Workfront.
- Identify and propose process improvements to enhance agency output.
Required profile
- Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in account and project management within large or matrix organisations.
- Proven ability to balance multiple stakeholder requirements, preferably in a creative environment.
- Strong judgement, organisational and communication skills with increasing autonomy.
