Account Manager

About the role

AstroPay is seeking an Account Manager to join its team in Argentina and help expand the AstroPay Wallet business. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of merchants, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth through commercial initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of merchants, fostering long‑term commercial relationships.
• Identify and execute upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to increase transaction volume and revenue.
• Monitor merchant performance, analyse data, and translate insights into actionable growth plans.
• Act as the primary point of contact, developing trusted relationships and addressing issues proactively.
• Design and launch campaigns, promotions, and other initiatives to boost merchant engagement.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Marketing, Compliance and other internal teams to deliver merchant solutions.
• Track results against objectives and continuously optimise initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development or a similar commercial role.
• Experience managing B2B clients, merchants or strategic accounts.
• Strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to identify and develop business opportunities.
• Analytical skills and comfort working with performance metrics and data.
• Proactive, hands‑on, entrepreneurial attitude.
