Account Manager – Destination Manager (Americas)

About the role

Transferz is looking for an Account Manager (internally called Destination Manager) to join its Supply team and own the performance of key hubs across the Americas. You will work closely with local transfer suppliers, using data‑driven insights to grow availability, pricing and quality while ensuring service level agreements are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Tier 1 & 2 hubs as a mini‑business, collaborating with the regional pod and other Destination Managers.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, monitoring availability, pricing and quality.
• Use PowerBI, DevRev and internal dashboards daily to detect issues, run experiments and improve performance.
• Track KPIs such as service quality, compliance, pricing and fleet availability, and lead structured check‑ins with suppliers.
• Respond quickly to local events, demand spikes and service disruptions.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in Operations or Supply Chain, preferably in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with data and spotting patterns.
• Proactive and confident in challenging suppliers or internal teams when needed.
• Based in the Netherlands, Córdoba (Argentina) or willing to relocate.
