About the role
We are seeking a proactive Account Manager who will nurture client relationships, ensure high satisfaction, and contribute to business growth. You will act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, coordinating internally to deliver seamless service.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
- Manage client accounts, responding promptly to inquiries and needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee successful project delivery.
- Monitor account performance, identify growth opportunities, and propose solutions.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and regular account updates.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and keep accurate account records.
- Resolve client concerns efficiently and support retention initiatives.
Required profile
- Experience in account management, customer service, sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Capacity to handle multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Problem‑solving and decision‑making aptitude.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and spreadsheet tools.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Detail‑oriented with a client‑focused mindset.
