Account Manager – Argentina

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, relationship‑focused Account Manager to oversee client accounts in Argentina. You will ensure high customer satisfaction, support business growth, and act as the main point of contact for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with assigned clients.
• Manage client accounts, respond to inquiries, and address concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee successful project delivery.
• Monitor account performance, prepare reports and presentations, and identify upselling opportunities.
• Assist with onboarding new clients and keep accurate account records.
• Support business development and client retention initiatives.

Required profile
