Web Designer & Graphic Designer (Remote)

About the role

CS3 Investments is looking for a talented Web Designer / Graphic Designer to join its remote team full‑time. You will shape digital experiences by turning concepts into live, production‑ready websites using Framer and Figma, while ensuring brand consistency across all deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build complete websites in Framer, from initial concept to fully functional launch.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems in Figma.
• Maintain and apply branding guidelines across all digital assets.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high‑quality work under tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional team members to iterate and improve designs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with Framer, showcasing live websites in a portfolio.
• 3–4 years of experience using Figma for UI/UX design.
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Resilient, autonomous, and ownership‑driven mindset.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Available for full‑time remote work.
