Vice President – Transaction Execution Manager, Trade & Loans

About the role

The Vice President Transaction Execution Manager will operate within Credit Products Delivery, acting as the middle‑office partner for coverage teams, legal counsel and control functions. The role leads a newly formed global team and is accountable for end‑to‑end execution and documentation negotiation of trade finance, bilateral and syndicated loan transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, grow and inspire a high‑performing global team, handling recruitment, performance management and inclusive culture.
• Develop and own team resource planning, capacity management and performance metrics.
• Deliver end‑to‑end transaction execution and negotiate credit facilities, security documents, conditions precedent and ancillary paperwork.
• Oversee deal closing processes, conduct conditions‑precedent checks and provide post‑closing support.
• Collaborate with internal and external counsel to prepare and review transactional documentation.
• Manage the controls framework, reporting, escalation and documentation deviation approvals.
• Partner with business stakeholders across regions to align priorities, drive projects and ensure SOP and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in credit transaction execution and documentation negotiation across trade finance and loan products.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to build and manage a global, high‑engagement team.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with internal legal, credit, compliance and operations functions.
• Ability to drive process optimisation and uphold governance standards.
