Technical Account Manager – Enterprise Nonprofit Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join GoFundMe’s Pro team and help enterprise nonprofit customers adopt, integrate and optimise our fundraising platform. In this role you will act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding organisations through implementations, migrations and ongoing technical success.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of complex customer initiatives, including integrations, data migrations and new product roll‑outs.
• Manage project timelines, dependencies and stakeholder communication across customer and internal teams.
• Design and recommend scalable, bidirectional data sync solutions for CRM systems such as Salesforce, Blackbaud and HubSpot.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, including API errors, webhook failures, authentication problems and data mismatches.
• Maintain a portfolio of enterprise customers, driving adoption, performance metrics and revenue outcomes.
• Partner with Strategic Account Managers to identify expansion opportunities and support renewals.
• Lead change‑management initiatives and present technical solutions to executive audiences.
• Document and escalate bugs through Zendesk, JIRA or similar tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing technical projects for enterprise‑level SaaS customers.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with executive stakeholders.
• Track record of driving adoption and measurable business impact.
