Talent Management Analyst

About the role

Join PepsiCo’s South Cone HR team as a Talent Management Analyst, supporting the execution of talent and people processes across Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, and Paraguay. You will partner with local HR teams to translate global talent strategies into effective local actions.

Key responsibilities

• Support career counseling and development conversations, ensuring consistent process execution.
• Assist early‑talent and leadership development initiatives, coordinating activities and follow‑up.
• Execute the Performance Management cycle and contribute to people planning and succession activities.
• Deploy leadership capability programs aligned with regional priorities.
• Roll out culture, engagement, and belonging initiatives such as Chairman’s Awards and Global Smiles Week.
• Support team effectiveness projects, digital behavior initiatives, and frontline development programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience managing talent processes or working as an HR Business Partner.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across multiple countries.
