Key responsibilities

• Share Flowmingo with your network of HR and recruiting contacts.
• Facilitate introductions and help prospects understand how the platform fits into their hiring workflow.
• Provide feedback to improve the product based on user insights.
• Earn commissions for each successful client referral and receive a bonus for onboarding your own company.

Required profile

• HR professional, recruiter or consultant with an active professional network.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add real value.
• Comfortable working on a flexible schedule without fixed quotas.
