Studio Designer – Digital Design (Remote/Buenos Aires)

About the role

As a Designer in DEPT®'s Global Studios team, you will craft emotive, conversion‑focused digital experiences that spark conversations between people and brands. Working remotely from Buenos Aires, you will collaborate with strategists, copywriters and fellow designers to deliver high‑impact visual solutions for a variety of ambitious clients.

Key responsibilities

• Take design briefs from concept to final delivery.
• Generate innovative ideas during creative brainstorming sessions.
• Produce high‑quality visual assets, including image sourcing and digital artworking.
• Develop rich visual content for owned channels such as websites, apps and email.
• Ensure designs align with client business goals and DEPT®'s design standards.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design and marketing trends.
• Mentor junior team members and provide constructive feedback.
• Deliver flawless work on schedule.

Required profile

• Self‑driven and resourceful with a strong eye for layout.
• Excellent attention to detail and highly organized.
• Team‑oriented mindset, able to support colleagues.
• Willingness to learn new skills and experiment with emerging AI tools.
• Ability to adapt creative style across diverse client needs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma.
• Motion design experience.
• 3D design experience (plus).
• Familiarity with AI platforms such as Weavy.
