About the role

Cache Ventures seeks a Strategy & Consulting Partner to lead and scale its consulting frameworks, working closely with high‑growth startups and portfolio companies.

Key responsibilities

• Present strategic business frameworks to portfolio companies and external clients.
• Lead high‑impact workshops and facilitate roundtable discussions.
• Review business cases, identify bottlenecks, and craft actionable growth solutions.
• Provide 1‑on‑1 consulting and develop tailored strategic roadmaps.
• Build and optimize systems to scale advisory services, including SOPs and playbooks.
• Maintain long‑term client relationships and ensure ongoing success.

Required profile

• Proven business leadership experience (e.g., top‑tier MBA, scaling a $15M+ revenue company, or private‑equity operational value creation).
• Thrives in fast‑paced, startup‑like environments with strong adaptability.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities.
• Skilled at influencing stakeholders, building deep relationships, and navigating objections.
• High emotional intelligence, integrity, and a results‑driven mindset.
