Strategic Account Manager – Remote (EST/CST)

About the role

AdLib is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with its brand and agency partners. Working remotely in EST or CST time zones, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize performance using AdLib’s AI‑driven advertising platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own key customer relationships, understand growth drivers, identify expansion opportunities, and mitigate risks.
• Serve as a strategic advisor, guiding brands and agencies on performance‑marketing outcomes.
• Develop account strategies aligned with industry trends and customer objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for campaign setup, execution, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams to provide updates, troubleshoot issues, and recommend optimizations.
• Advocate for customer needs internally to influence product roadmap.
• Monitor and optimize account performance using data‑driven insights.
• Lead contract renewals and expansion efforts to secure long‑term success.

Required profile

• 5+ years of account management experience at a Demand‑Side Platform.
• Hands‑on experience with major DSPs and a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.
• Proven ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C‑suite executives.
• Background in performance marketing, media buying, and analytics tools.
• Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable with ambiguity and fast‑moving environments.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem‑solving skills.
