Social Media Manager (B2C & B2B)

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to own and grow our B2C and B2B social media presence. You will craft content that reflects the happy, optimistic, and friendly spirit of Go! Running Tours while connecting with runners and travelers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Create and adapt engaging posts for Instagram and LinkedIn, tailoring content for each audience.
• Turn everyday running moments into compelling visual stories with creative copy.
• Monitor channel performance, analyse metrics and test new ideas to improve reach.
• Collaborate with tour guides to gather authentic content and ensure brand consistency.
• Protect and champion the brand voice across all social interactions.

Required profile

• Passionate about social media and up‑to‑date with the latest trends.
• Runner mindset – understands the highs, lows, and culture of the running community.
• Strong storytelling ability and a positive, energetic personality.
• Self‑driven, detail‑oriented and comfortable working directly with the founder.
