About the role

Fever is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its People Operations team. In this role you will partner with hiring managers worldwide to drive high‑quality hiring and support the company’s growth strategy. You will ensure a seamless candidate experience while contributing to Fever’s overall talent strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source high‑quality candidates through a variety of channels.
• Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process, including job ads, screening, interviews, testing, and coordination with hiring teams.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment processes and hiring needs.
• Provide a world‑class candidate experience and communicate feedback effectively.
• Represent Fever at virtual job fairs, e‑meetups, and other talent‑branding events.
• Maintain and nurture the existing candidate pipeline and anticipate future hiring needs.

• Independent, self‑driven, and able to handle high‑volume hiring without losing quality.
• Analytical and creative mindset to uncover talent for diverse roles.
