Tether is looking for a Senior QA Engineer to ensure product quality, reliability and an exceptional user experience across its digital finance solutions. The role combines manual and automated testing to validate features, detect defects and guarantee that the platform meets the high standards expected by millions of users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute comprehensive test cases for new and existing features.
• Perform exploratory, regression and functional testing both manually and with automation tools.
• Identify, document and track defects throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Develop and maintain scalable automated test suites.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills.
• Proven experience in senior‑level quality assurance within a fast‑paced technology environment.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a fully remote, globally distributed team.
