Senior Project Manager – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead medium to large staff‑augmentation projects for our global clients. You will guide multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensuring delivery of high‑impact products and transformations while working 100% remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and report project outcomes, providing coaching and discipline as needed.
• Enforce company systems, policies and procedures to maintain quality and consistency.
• Foster a reliable, communicative environment to retain staff and identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze billable utilization, capacity planning and forecast project profitability.
• Forecast financial results, manage expenditures, analyze variances and take corrective actions.
• Identify upselling opportunities within existing clients and deliver value to stakeholders.
• Support strategic technology implementation plans to improve organizational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience as a Software Project Manager.
• Strong background in the IT industry with deep knowledge of project management practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Excellent leadership, communication and team‑motivation abilities.
• Proficient English (written and spoken) for interaction with global teams and clients.
• Previous experience as a Software Engineer is a plus.
