Senior Agile Lead – Agile Delivery & AI Coach

About the role

The Senior Agile Lead will act as the primary continuity and coaching point for all active delivery teams within the SUT Engineering & Technology division. You will ensure healthy sprint execution, drive quarterly planning visibility, and champion the adoption of AI tools to boost team autonomy and delivery performance.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate the Tax Tech Daily (TTD) across all SUT teams, monitor sprint goals, and intervene to rescope or recover when needed.
• Lead sprint ceremonies, capture retrospective outcomes, and drive continuous improvement across teams.
• Analyze sprint and delivery metrics, using AI‑powered dashboards and tools such as Claude to surface risks and trends.
• Own the end‑to‑end Quarterly Value Planning (QVP) process, coordinate planning sessions, and ensure realistic capacity commitments.
• Identify and promote meaningful AI adoption opportunities within and across teams.

Required profile

• Extensive experience coaching Agile teams at scale and facilitating sprint ceremonies.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret delivery metrics and drive data‑informed decisions.
• Proactive communicator who can engage tech leads, product owners, and leadership.
