Senior Accountant – Multi-Entity Consolidation

About the role

Crossmint is seeking a Senior Accountant to own group‑wide accounting for its US, European and upcoming entities. Based in Buenos Aires (remote within Argentina), you will partner closely with the Group Controller to deliver accurate closes, audit‑ready financials and a scalable finance backbone.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual closes for all entities (US, Spain, and future locations) ensuring compliance with US GAAP, IFRS and local PGC.
• Lead multi‑entity consolidation and intercompany reconciliations across the group.
• Coordinate with external auditors throughout the annual audit cycle, preparing workpapers and responding to inquiries.
• Supervise a Junior Accountant, delegating day‑to‑day bookkeeping while focusing on review, technical accounting and process improvements.
• Support strategic decisions, fundraising and regulatory authorizations through high‑quality financial reporting.

Required profile

• Senior‑level accounting experience, preferably 5+ years in multi‑entity environments.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS and local Argentine accounting standards (PGC).
• Proven track record of leading month‑end/quarter‑end/year‑end closes and audit coordination.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, based in Argentina.
