About the role
SourceFuse is building an internal sales development motion to generate top‑of‑funnel pipeline for the US market. As a Sales Development Representative you will work closely with the GTM team, turning outbound activity into qualified meetings for Account Executives.
Key responsibilities
- Run high‑volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, email sequences and LinkedIn.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads against the Ideal Customer Profile and book qualified demos.
- Research target accounts, identify decision‑makers and initiate outreach.
- Maintain accurate activity, lead and pipeline records in the CRM.
- Hit weekly targets of at least 5 outbound meetings and 3 SQLs.
Required profile
- 1‑5 years of experience in sales development, business development or inside sales.
- Background in cloud or AWS ecosystem.
- Fluent written and spoken English, comfortable speaking with US buyers.
- Ability to sustain high‑volume outreach without losing quality.
- Willingness to work US business hours with EST overlap.
- Resilient, accountable and results‑oriented.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Familiarity with outbound tools like Apollo, Outreach or Salesloft.
- Use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting.
What we offer
- Remote work from Latin America with required US CST overlap (8‑5 pm CST).
- Base salary $30,000‑$40,000 per year USD.
- On‑target earnings $50,000‑$70,000 per year USD, based on meetings, SQLs and closed revenue.
- Full‑time permanent position.
