Reels Editor – 100% Remote

About the role

We are looking for a talented Reels Editor to craft short‑form video content for Instagram, TikTok, and podcast platforms. This fully remote role focuses on quality storytelling, creative concepts, and viral impact rather than high‑volume output.

Key responsibilities

• Edit short‑form reels and podcast clips from raw creator footage, highlighting scroll‑stopping moments.
• Analyze niche trends and propose fresh reel concepts tailored to each creator’s brand.
• Ensure all edits meet platform compliance, including framing, audio, and age‑appropriate guidelines.
• Collaborate with the creative team to refine edits based on feedback and achieve viral performance.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience editing short‑form content for Instagram or TikTok, with a portfolio of published reels showing strong engagement.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English to interpret creator briefs and communicate effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to identify viral moments and produce polished edits quickly.

Required skills

• CapCut (expert level)
• DaVinci Resolve (experience valued)
• Premiere Pro (experience valued)
• macOS workflow proficiency
