Recruiter (Remote, Independent Contractor)

About the role

Shapely is seeking a remote Recruiter to lead full‑cycle hiring for both U.S. healthcare talent and global corporate positions. As an independent contractor, you will partner closely with hiring managers and the HR team to design and execute recruitment strategies that support rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruiting for healthcare roles in the United States (Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Dietitians) and corporate roles worldwide.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes, conduct virtual interviews, and assess cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and recruitment plans.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and improve the overall candidate experience.
• Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics such as time‑to‑fill and source effectiveness.
• Support employer branding through job descriptions and outreach messaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Proven track record recruiting for the U.S. market.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strategic, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑moving startup environment.
