Recruiter – Full Life‑Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role
The Recruiter will lead strategy and execution for full life‑cycle recruitment of assigned roles within Syneos Health’s Commercial business unit, ensuring high satisfaction for clients, managers, and candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Source candidates through internal databases, portfolio sites, social networks, job boards, campus events, and other channels.
- Identify tools and opportunities to boost brand awareness, improve candidate experience, and increase diversity of the talent pool.
- Build proactive pipelines of diverse talent for current openings and future initiatives.
- Represent Syneos Health at networking, industry, and campus events.
- Maintain candidate data and workflow in the applicant tracking system and provide weekly updates to the Head of Talent Acquisition.
- Partner with hiring managers, group and discipline leads, HR partners, finance, and PMOs.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors.
- Drive effective collaboration with business leaders and the talent acquisition team.
Required profile
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within an agency or staffing environment.
- Full‑cycle recruitment experience in a fast‑paced setting.
- Proven track record recruiting multidisciplinary positions.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with candidates and leadership at all levels.
- Sound understanding and use of applicant tracking technologies.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Demonstrated initiative, integrity, and results‑oriented mindset.
