Pharmacovigilance Specialist – English & Italian Fluency (Remote)

About the role

IQVIA is seeking a Pharmacovigilance Specialist to support safety data processing across multiple service lines. The role is fully remote and requires fluency in English, Italian, and Spanish to manage communications with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Process safety data in line with regulations, SOPs, and project requirements.
• Collect, track, and assess incoming adverse events (AEs) and endpoint information.
• Enter data into safety databases, code AEs and products, and draft narrative reports.
• Conduct literature searches and related pharmacovigilance activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality, productivity, and delivery standards.
• Collaborate with functional teams and healthcare professionals to resolve project issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Italian (Spanish also required for the role).
• Up to 3 years of clinical experience (preferred).
• At least 1 year of pharmacovigilance experience (highly valued).

Required skills

• Adverse event coding and database entry.
• Pharmacovigilance process knowledge.
