About the role
We are looking for a proactive, emotionally intelligent Personal Assistant to support the owner of a US‑based remote digital agency. This high‑trust position blends professional and personal responsibilities, ensuring the founder’s day runs smoothly and stress is minimized.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the owner’s personal and professional calendars, including appointments, family events, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary gatekeeper for email, prioritising urgent client communications and maintaining efficient inbox flow.
- Coordinate task routing to technical and creative team members, keeping projects on track.
- Handle company and personal credit‑card transactions, minor accounting tasks, and sensitive purchases with integrity.
- Interact directly with US‑based clients via email and phone, providing clear updates and professional support.
- Assist with family scheduling and personal matters, treating them with the same confidentiality as business tasks.
Required profile
- 4‑5+ years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant supporting CEOs or founders.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, web development, or technical agency environments.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- High level of discretion, reliability, and professional maturity.
