People Care Assistant (Junior)

About the role

Software Mind is looking for a Junior People Care Assistant to support day‑to‑day HR operations across the employee lifecycle. Working closely with People Partners, you will ensure administrative efficiency, smooth onboarding and off‑boarding, and a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including communications, documentation, and coordination.
• Maintain and update internal records for hires, terminations, and employee changes.
• Coordinate exit interviews and keep People trackers, databases, and documentation up to date.
• Provide operational support for People initiatives, such as employee opinion surveys and global requests.
• Support logistics for company intro sessions, employer branding, ESG, D&I, and training activities.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in HR or People operations with strong administrative exposure.
• Advanced English for daily written and verbal communication.
• Student or graduate in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks remotely.
• Availability to work on‑site at least one day per week and assist during special office activities.
