NOC Analyst – Cloud Monitoring & Incident Response

About the role

Dev.Pro is seeking a NOC Analyst to join its cloud operations team. You will be the first point of contact for production alerts, responsible for detecting, triaging, and resolving incidents in a mission‑critical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor system health using Datadog, LogicMonitor or similar tools.
• Analyze logs, metrics and traces to assess incident scope and impact.
• Manage the incident lifecycle: triage, prioritization, escalation and documentation.
• Coordinate with application and development teams to provide initial technical analysis.
• Execute operational tasks such as failover procedures and strategic maintenance.
• Maintain 24/7 shift coverage and follow established operational processes.

Required profile

• 2+ years of IT support or incident management experience (L1/L2).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a methodical troubleshooting approach.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and stay calm during critical incidents.
• Self‑motivated, quick learner with a strong sense of ownership.
