Marketing Manager – Remote (Central/South America)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing campaigns across several brands. This fully remote position serves the Central and South American market and requires a performance‑driven mindset with full ownership of results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build, and continuously optimize Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, handling structure, audience targeting, creative testing, budget allocation and bid strategies.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as ROAS, CPA and CTR, quickly identifying issues and improving profitability.
• Design, launch and manage email marketing flows, broadcast campaigns, segmentation and A/B testing using platforms like Klaviyo, Omnisend, Mailchimp and GoHighLevel.
• Create visual assets for paid ads, social media and email, and write compelling ad copy and marketing messages.
• Produce weekly performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of direct experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with a monthly ad spend of at least $100 K USD.
• Proven ability to run paid media for multiple brands simultaneously in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Excellent written English (C1/C2) and strong analytical thinking.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace.
