Lead Generation Specialist - Spanish Bilingual

About the role

The Lead Generation Specialist – Spanish Bilingual is the first point of contact for prospective clients, creating a positive first impression and driving early engagement. Working closely with Research, Business Development, and Marketing teams, you will use provided tools and materials to qualify leads and support conversion through the initial stages of the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and answer inbound inquiries to convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Qualify prospects by identifying decision‑makers, understanding needs, and documenting interactions in the CRM.
• Maintain and expand a database of potential clients through targeted research.
• Educate prospects on services, respond to questions, and use solution‑selling techniques to overcome objections.
• Support marketing initiatives such as drip campaigns and mass email outreach.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team on targeting strategies.
• Ensure accurate, timely record‑keeping and account maintenance in the CRM.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and participate in periodic training sessions.

Required profile

• High school diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 1 year experience in BPO, telesales, or a similar role.
• Proven track record in lead qualification, sales, and relationship building.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Resident of Argentina.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using data analysis tools.
