Junior Multimedia Designer

About the role

Monks is looking for a Junior Multimedia Designer to join its global creative team. You will focus on creating static and animated digital assets for product interfaces, social media, and display advertising, working in a fast‑paced environment that values speed, style, and consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce static visuals and animated assets for a variety of digital channels.
• Collaborate with designers, illustrators, animators, and art directors across time zones.
• Build production‑ready templates and mechanical files that meet client specifications.
• Ensure all assets follow brand guidelines and are consistent across formats and dimensions.
• Maintain organized file structures, layers, and folders for efficient hand‑off.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in multimedia or digital design.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under rapid change.
• Self‑starter who can manage small tasks independently and take on larger projects with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating with global teams.
