Junior Analytics Consultant

About the role

Monks is seeking a Junior Analytics Consultant to join its consulting team. You will work with clients to collect data from digital assets, transform raw data into actionable insights, and support decision‑making across marketing and product initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and model data from client websites, applications and other digital touchpoints.
• Translate raw data into reports and dashboards that highlight trends and opportunities.
• Interact with clients to understand business objectives and ensure data solutions align with their goals.
• Support A/B testing, user‑experience analysis, and basic data‑science tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and maintain data visualisations and cloud‑based data architectures.

Required profile

• Any academic background or experience related to data analysis.
• Strong interest in numbers, data interpretation and client interaction.
• Self‑motivated learner who can acquire new tools and techniques independently.
• Ability to work in a relaxed yet professional environment and collaborate with a diverse team.

Required skills

• Google Analytics (preferred).
• Data‑visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Data Studio.
• SQL for data querying.
• Programming languages for data science, e.g., Python or R.
