IT Support & Facilities Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support & Facilities Specialist to join our Mendoza office. In this hybrid role you will split your time between providing technical support to employees and coordinating the day‑to‑day facilities operations, helping to keep our workplace efficient and our users productive.

Key responsibilities

• Handle IT tickets in Jira Service Management, troubleshooting macOS, Windows, Google Workspace, Okta access, Zoom and related issues.
• Design and implement new request types, automations and workflows in Jira to improve support efficiency.
• Support new‑hire onboarding by configuring devices, provisioning accounts and documenting processes in Confluence.
• Manage the full lifecycle of company hardware using Atlassian Assets, including procurement, inventory tracking and retirement.
• Maintain Zoom Rooms and Logitech Rally Bar equipment for conference spaces and assist with internal events.
• Document IT procedures and create Scribe guides; build integrations between Okta, Jira, Slack and Kandji to eliminate repetitive tasks.
• Coordinate facilities activities such as supply restocking, workspace organization and ensuring a safe, functional office environment.

• Strong communication skills to interact with employees, People Ops, Security and Engineering teams.
