Hotel Concierge – Guest Services

About the role

The Concierge is the primary point of contact for all guests, including VIPs, ensuring a memorable stay by delivering personalized information and services. You will represent the hotel’s brand and hospitality standards throughout each guest interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for guest enquiries and respond promptly.
• Provide information, advice, and booking services for city tours, theatre tickets, restaurants, medical appointments, flight reservations, and more.
• Process and deliver guest messages and safely store luggage.
• Stay updated on hotel amenities, daily VIP requests, and special events.
• Maintain orderliness and safety in lobby and front‑door areas.
• Support management during emergencies and uphold professional hospitality standards.
• Ensure a clean, healthy, and safe working environment and follow all front‑of‑house equipment and property‑management system procedures.

Required profile

• Positive attitude with strong communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering high‑level customer service.
• Excellent grooming standards and flexibility to adapt to varied situations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of the local area.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a concierge in a hotel environment.
• Advanced English proficiency.
