About the role

The Field Marketing Specialist supports the Field Marketing Manager in shaping Red Bull’s local presence among young adults, especially those aged 18‑25. Working primarily on university campuses, the role blends strategic planning with hands‑on activation to make the brand visible where it matters most.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Field Marketing Manager in developing and executing the regional field marketing strategy.
• Lead a team of Student Marketeers, guiding them on sampling, seeding, and event support.
• Implement university‑focused initiatives that drive trial, increase brand relevance, and boost sales support.
• Coordinate on‑premise, off‑premise, and new‑business opportunities across the four marketing pillars (Consumer Collecting, Sports, Culture, Communications).
• Work cross‑functionally with internal and external partners to align local actions with global brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Passion for youth culture and a strong understanding of university environments.
• Proactive, energetic, and comfortable working “in the field” rather than a desk‑bound role.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team of student ambassadors.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
