Enterprise Learning Partner

About the role

The Enterprise Learning Partner will work closely with HR Business Partners, senior leaders and business units across Latin America to diagnose capability gaps and co‑create learning solutions that drive measurable business impact. This role is a trusted thought partner, shaping MetLife’s critical skill development strategy while leveraging modern digital and AI‑enabled learning practices.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategic capability development partnerships with HR and business leaders to identify Latam capability gaps and align learning solutions with business priorities.
• Create enterprise‑ and line‑of‑business learning solutions that translate strategy into locally relevant execution plans.
• Manage design, delivery and evaluation of learning initiatives, ensuring adoption and measurable performance impact.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships across HR, business and global EL&D teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
• Develop AI‑enabled capability roadmaps, skill strategies and personalized learning pathways aligned to role needs and career progression.
• Coordinate global and regional learning efforts, adapting programs to local market, cultural and regulatory contexts while preserving consistency and quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with proven experience in learning and development, talent, or organizational capability roles.
• Experience working with learning platforms, digital and AI‑enabled learning technologies, and analytics tools.
• Strong consultative, influencing, change‑leadership and project‑management abilities.
• Demonstrated business acumen linking capability development to talent outcomes and business performance.
