Email + Social Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a creative Email + Social Graphic Designer to drive e‑commerce growth for our clients. You will own sophisticated email marketing strategies, design compelling visuals, and ensure client success across diverse online brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns for e‑commerce clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, managing client relationships and expectations.
• Review and optimize email copy, subject lines, and calls‑to‑action to meet client goals.
• Analyze performance metrics such as open rates, CTR, revenue, and ROI, and present actionable insights.
• Lead client calls, deliver results, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with project coordinators, designers, copywriters, and developers.
• Stay up‑to‑date with email marketing trends, deliverability best practices, and platform updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of agency experience in email marketing.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and platforms; Klaviyo experience is a major plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English (near‑native fluency).
• High creativity, sharp attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines across multiple accounts.
