About the role

Join Nestlé UK as a Digital Commerce Manager and work closely with our most strategic grocery retail partners to drive online market‑share growth. This hybrid role blends commercial strategy with digital decision‑making, positioning you as a trusted advisor to senior retailer and Nestlé stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain deep, trusted partnerships with key retail customers.
• Influence retailer decision frameworks to prioritise online growth opportunities.
• Identify early growth signals and help shape digital strategies that benefit both shoppers and Nestlé.
• Collaborate with internal Digital Commerce and Customer Business teams to align on joint value creation.
• Provide insights and recommendations without owning P&L, negotiations, or day‑to‑day execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital commerce or e‑commerce within the grocery sector.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
• Excellent commercial acumen and understanding of online retail dynamics.
• Collaborative mindset with cross‑functional teams.
