Contracts Lead

About the role

The Contracts Lead will manage ExxonMobil's portfolio of agreements and support the end‑to‑end purchase‑to‑pay process for goods and services. Based in Buenos Aires (Puerto Madero), the role focuses on delivering business value, ensuring on‑time delivery, and optimizing cycle times while maintaining strong commercial relationships with global vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the portfolio of agreements, including new requests, scope updates, pricing, exhibits, and amendments.
• Negotiate contract pricing and terms directly with suppliers, collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve the lowest total system cost and mitigate legal and supply risks.
• Identify business‑value opportunities within the contract portfolio and drive process improvements.
• Monitor supplier performance, ensure contract compliance, and troubleshoot issues.
• Leverage SAP and other systems to improve transactional efficiency of agreements.
• Develop and maintain internal and external relationships to meet business‑line expectations.

Required profile
