Consultant – Business Experimentation Advisors & Consulting Services

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Consultant to join its Advisors & Consulting Services team, focusing on Business Experimentation. The role supports global clients across banking, retail and other industries by applying Mastercard’s Test & Learn® platform to design, run and evaluate business experiments that drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate them into testable hypotheses.
• Design and execute experiments using the Test & Learn® SaaS platform, ensuring rigorous data collection and analysis.
• Interpret results, develop actionable recommendations and present findings to senior client leaders.
• Provide technical guidance on the adoption and competency development of Test & Learn® within client teams.
• Work alongside senior delivery consultants to prepare presentations, reports and strategic roadmaps.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication skills to build trusted relationships with client analysts and managers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary consulting team.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Mastercard’s Test & Learn® platform or similar predictive‑analytics SaaS tools.
