Client Onboarding Specialist (Remote)

About the role

As a Client Onboarding Specialist at Puulse AI, you will serve as the bridge between the sales team and the final delivery of AI‑powered websites. Working remotely, you will guide US‑based business owners through the post‑sale process, ensuring a smooth transition from requirements gathering to final payment.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of new accounts immediately after the sale, introduce the onboarding roadmap and set clear expectations.
• Collect business requirements, branding assets, and content needed for the AI website build.
• Coordinate with the technical build team to keep projects on schedule and aligned with client vision.
• Deliver professional video walkthroughs of site previews, manage revisions, and obtain final approval.
• Handle final invoicing, payment collection, and ensure billing accuracy.
• Maintain real‑time updates in the CRM so the entire team has visibility into project status.

Required profile

• Near‑native English proficiency with confidence on live video calls.
• Strong project‑management mindset and ability to juggle multiple timelines.
• High emotional intelligence and professionalism when dealing with high‑value customers.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, noise‑cancelling headset, HD webcam, and a quiet home office.

Required skills

• Experience with SaaS tools and CRM systems.
