Bilingual Insurance Claims Specialist (Spanish/English)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, bilingual (Spanish‑English) Insurance Claims Specialist to join our Commercial Insurance team. The role focuses on handling First Notice of Loss (FNOL) calls, supporting policyholders and internal teams, and ensuring smooth claim processing.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming FNOL calls and provide courteous telephone service.
• Interact with policyholders, claimants, agents, and internal teams for Property and Casualty claims.
• Enter FNOL details, loss information, and documentation into the claims system.
• File documentation electronically and assist with mitigation letters, towing/salvage coordination, coverage verification, and policy reviews.
• Process invoices and coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain accurate client and policy records.
• Identify workflow improvement opportunities and suggest efficient admin processes.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Prior administrative support experience, preferably in insurance or professional services.
• Based in Mexico and able to work US time zones.
• Available to start within two weeks of offer.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Comfortable using time‑tracking software such as Time Doctor.
