Associate Managing Consultant – Research Manager

About the role

The Advisors Research Center at Mastercard seeks an Associate Managing Consultant to lead high‑impact research initiatives. You will help clients turn data and insights into measurable business value across the payments ecosystem and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver new research products and strategies to market smoothly and efficiently.
• Leverage Mastercard’s research assets to produce challenging, high‑impact outputs for clients.
• Provide key insights based on secondary research and data analysis.
• Collaborate with global client teams to ensure research findings drive actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Experience on a variety of research projects, both primary and secondary.
• Hands‑on expertise in qualitative research (designing moderation guides, conducting in‑depth interviews and focus groups).
• Quantitative research experience, from questionnaire design through analysis.
• Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and create insightful slide decks.
• Strong business writing and client‑ready material preparation.
• Excellent communication skills for client calls and internal meetings.
